Our Mission: The Kandiyohi County DFL is dedicated to electing strong DFL candidates to public office, acting as a voice for the people of our state, and encouraging all citizens to become politically active in our community. As a local unit, we support and work to enact the ideals and principles of the Democratic Party and strives to sustain the foundations in our Party’s grassroots history.

  • Equal opportunities for everyone
  • Quality affordable public education
  • Workers right to organize and bargain collectively
  • A clean, safe environment
  • Taxes based on income/ability to pay
  • The right to a secure retirement for everyone
  • A national, single-payer health care system to provide full coverage for ALL citizens

 

 

Meetings: The Kandiyohi County DFL meets at 5:30, on the 1st Tuesday of every month. Location listed on our website, kandiyohidemocrats.org/events. Everyone is invited. This is an open meeting to all area Democrats.
