SD57 Convention, March 11, 2017
At our upcoming convention, we will elect our SD57 Chair, Vice Chair, Outreach & Inclusion Officer, Secretary, and Treasurer for 2017-2019.
If you are interested in screening (running) for one of these positions, please complete this form: 2017 SD57 Nominations Screening Form
and bring 6 copies of it to your screening interview. Interviews will be conducted by the Nominations Committee at Rosemount’s Robert Trail Library on Thursday, March 9 from 6-8 p.m., and on Saturday, March 11 from 10-10:45 a.m. You can also contact Nominations Committee Co-Chairs Roger Gehrke at firstname.lastname@example.org, or Roxanne Mindeman at email@example.com.
Voting delegates are the same as those who were delegates to the 2016 SD57 Convention. Guests are welcome.
Where: Robert Trail Library Large Meeting Room, 14395 S. Robert Trail, Rosemount, MN
When: Saturday, March 11. Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. Convention begins at 11:00 a.m.
Donations to defray costs are most welcome. Coffee, water, and donuts will be available.
New location for our monthly SD57 Central Committee meetings!
We are still hosted by DCUE (Thank you so much!), but they have just moved their office to a new location:
6950 146th St. W., Suite 114, Apple Valley
Local DFLer’s are welcome. Meetings are on the fourth Tuesday of every month except December.
We are so proud of our SD57 candidates, Senator Greg Clausen, Erin Maye Quade, and John Huot! All worked incredibly hard, listened to so many people throughout their district, and ran a positive campaign.
We are very excited to be represented in 2017 and 2018 by our newly re-elected SD57 Senator Greg Clausen, and our newly elected SD57A House Representative Erin Maye Quade!

4pm – Pot Luck Grand Opening party at the new office – 7300 147th Street West
5:30pm – Join SD 58 and the DFL Express, in the Pan-O-Prog Grand Parade in Lakeville

On June 22nd, Senator Clausen and Rep. Marion O’Neill will receive the WCCO Radio Good Neighbor Award for their work as Outstanding Financial Advocates!
