When you take part in "8 in '08" you pledge to do at least one of the following:

1.		*BECOME* a DFL Neighborhood Leader: Reach out to 25 voters in your neighborhood three times in '08: Help find out what their issues and values are, persuade them to vote DFL and make sure they turn out on Election Day!
2.		*RECRUIT* two more DFL Neighborhood Leaders: Work together to build power!
3.		*JOIN* the DFL Message Squad: An internet-based, action-oriented response team of people who like to communicate and want to get the Democratic word out! *Click here to learn more about the DFL Message Squad*.
4.		GO to your DFL precinct caucus on February 5: Be part of a great Minnesota tradition: Get together with fellow Democrats right in your neighborhood to cast your presidential preference ballot, talk issues and values, build community and have fun!
5.		*GIVE $50* to the DFL Party: The State of Minnesota will give you your money back through the Political Contribution Refund program, up to $50 per individual or $100 per married couple. It's easy and it's free, so take advantage of it. *Click here to donate to the DFL party.*
6.		*ATTEND* a DFL event: Join other Democrats at a rally, convention, local DFL meeting, or your nearest DFL Links meet-up!
7.		*GET OUT THE VOTE*: Take off Election Day and/or the weekend before and help make sure all Democrats vote!
8.		*VOTE DFL* on November 4: If you can do only one thing in '08, make sure this is it!
